Terms of Service

By accessing your online gallery, you agree to the following terms:

• Image Satisfaction: Clients have 7 calendar days from gallery delivery to notify KS Photography by email of any concerns or dissatisfaction with their images. This allows us an opportunity to discuss concerns and determine an appropriate resolution. Requests for additional editing, refunds, or reshoots are not guaranteed.

• Downloads & Storage: Clients are responsible for downloading and backing up their images before their gallery expires. Permanent storage is not guaranteed.

• Copyright: All images remain the copyrighted property of KS Photography. Clients receive personal-use rights to download, print, and share their images. Commercial use or resale is not permitted without written permission.

• Editing: Images are delivered in the photographer's editing style. Additional editing requests may incur fees.

• Gallery Privacy: Clients are responsible for keeping private gallery links secure and sharing them only with intended recipients.

These terms do not limit any rights provided under applicable law.
